The founder
Roshan Poulose

“For me, fashion has never been just clothing; it has always been a language.”
Roshan's fascination with garments began in the third grade and grew into a lifelong passion that led him to study Fashion Design.
His journey has been diverse: from professional model to assistant to established designers, and eventually leading design teams. Each role deepened his understanding of how fashion is created, presented and consumed.
Witnessing the industry's relentless pace inspired him to rethink what fashion could be. He left Mumbai, returned to Pune, and founded Reshakaar by Rosh, a label rooted in integrity, craftsmanship and intention.
As a designer and artist, Roshan approaches fashion as an extension of identity: quiet luxury, natural textures, earthy palettes, and silhouettes that put comfort first without sacrificing elegance.
