- Our pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, weave and embroidery are natural and part of their character; they are not defects.
- We do our best to show colours accurately, but your screen may display them slightly differently.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
- If a product is listed with a wrong price or description by mistake, we may cancel or correct the order, and will refund any payment made.
3. Orders and payment
- We may accept or decline any order, and may limit quantities per customer, household or address.
- If we change or cancel your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided.
- Please make sure the contact, billing and delivery details you give us are accurate and up to date.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card or bank details.
4. Shipping, exchanges and refunds
Delivery, exchanges, returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

We try to keep everything on the website accurate and current, but occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, availability or delivery times may happen. We may correct them, and update or cancel affected orders, at any time.
